1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chingez Electric Autos ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of our website, products, and services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

5.1 Vehicle Purchases

All vehicle purchases are subject to availability and our order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or fraud detection.

5.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before delivery of any vehicle or product.

5.3 Warranties

Our vehicles come with a limited warranty as specified in our warranty documentation. Except as expressly provided in the warranty, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Chingez Electric Autos, our licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our intellectual property without our express prior written consent.

7. User Content

Our services may allow you to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant us the license to use the User Content and that the User Content does not violate any third party's rights or any applicable laws.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services or any other systems or networks connected to our services
Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access our services for any purpose
Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful material

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Chingez Electric Autos, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
Any content obtained from our services
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chingez Electric Autos, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
